Rates & Insurance Information

Payment is due at the time of service.
Our fees vary by therapist and service, ranging, on average, from $150 to $200. Fees are based on years of experience, training, specialty, and role in the practice. You can visit the therapist profiles on our Team Page to view exact fees and available session types.

GIA is not in-network with any insurance providers. However, you may be able to use your out-of-network (OON) insurance benefits to get reimbursed for services. Keep in mind that you may have separate deductibles and copays for mental health services. See below for more information.
-
The best way to determine if you have out-of-network (OON) benefits is to contact your insurance company directly. The phone number for Mental or Behavioral Health & Substance Abuse is usually listed on the back of your insurance card.
-
Here are some of the important questions to ask your insurance company about your coverage:
Does my plan cover out-of-network (OON) mental health services?
What is the deductible (the amount you have to pay out of pocket before your insurance starts reimbursing you) for mental health services?
What percentage of the fee will be paid after the deductible has been met?
What is the out-of-pocket maximum (the amount I pay before my insurance starts covering 100% of the fee)?
Are there any limits on the number of sessions?
What is the maximum “reasonable and customary rate” (the fee the reimbursement percentage is based on)?
